What we collect

This site collects only what you choose to send us through a contact or "request more info" form — your name, work email, company, and message. We do not sell personal data, and we do not run advertising trackers on this site.

How we use it

We use the information you submit solely to respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, to discuss whether B2B Activate can help your organization. We retain enquiries only as long as needed for that purpose.

Sub-processors & data processing

To operate this website and respond to enquiries we rely on a small number of third-party subprocessors (data processors):

• Vercel — website hosting and content delivery (US/global edge).
• Web3Forms — secure delivery of form submissions to our inbox.
• Google Fonts — delivery of the Inter typeface.

Each processes data only as needed to provide its service. A data-processing agreement (DPA) is available on request for prospective customers.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information you've submitted at any time by emailing asmith@b2bactivate.com.

Security

We rely on reputable, security-reviewed providers and transmit all form data over encrypted connections (HTTPS). We keep what we collect to the minimum needed to respond to you, and we do not sell or rent personal information to anyone.
